  • Orignal orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase.

Giclee Art Prints

General Information

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  Shipping times typically range from 2-7 business days. 
  • All paper prints will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase.
  • All wrapped canvas prints will ship within 14-20 business days of purchase. 

Damaged and Lost Packages

  • All damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery time mark. No exceptions. Please contact us via email at hello@heavenpainting.com.   We must have pictures of the following to replace the damaged item:  damaged packaging, damaged contents, and the shipping label on the outside of the package.  
  • If a package reads delivered through your tracking number but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors. This is often the quickest way to locate your package. Otherwise, please contact the shipping provider. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in lost packages, and a claim must be filed by the customer.
